6 Stones Community Support Organization: A Catalyst of Hope

Please join us for this meeting to learn how 6 Stones is making a difference in transforming the lives of individuals, homes, and our community.

Cindy Jones serves on the Executive Board of 6 Stones in Bedford. As a Baptist preacher's daughter, she has been involved in many non-profit organizations.

She is currently involved in 6 Stones' Momentum program which is a curriculum-based life enrichment program intended to help move our HEB neighbors away from physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual poverty. They cover objectives such as finances, community, healthcare, employment, family life, and more to see their desired potential met during their 6 month 1:1 mentoring sessions. Cindy got involved in helping change lives, but she will be the first to tell you that being involved in this worthy initiative has profoundly changed her life. 

Upcoming 6 Stones events include their Community-Powered Revitalization (CPR) event next weekend. CPR is a joint effort between 6 Stones, the cities of Hurst, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, various businesses, nonprofit organizations, and churches to help homeowners who are struggling to make necessary home repairs. By mobilizing community volunteers, we aim to strengthen, grow, and revitalize our community one home and one family at a time.
