Katie Schuetz and Lynn Smith, Prevention and Recovery Services (PARS), provide an update on youth marijuana use and what Shawnee County kids are saying about it, as well as giving a more broad description of what other states are facing and the impact they are seeing with either medical or recreational legalization of marijuana.
