Sole Mates Volunteers Needed 1.18 and 1.24

Volunteers are needed for Sole Mates on January 18 and 24 at 1:25pm at the Wanamaker Payless (next to Perkins).
If you can help, please contact Jamie Stafford. It's easy and fun–and makes a big difference for the kids who receive fresh new socks and shoes... and the volunteers, too!

Join the Lunch Bunch 1.20

Lunch Bunch this month is January 20th (Friday). Please let me know if you can attend. We need 13 of the greatest people around to celebrate with 13 of the greatest kids at Avondale West Elementary.
I will bring the pizza from Glory Days Pizza, the best in this galaxy (thank you Jessica!) and drinks for the kids. (BYOD...Bring Your Own Drink). To sign up, email me: Doug Barrington.
IF WE DON'T ASK, THEY WON'T JOIN!
How's your list of five people to ask to a Topeka South Rotary activity/meeting/event coming along?

There were five guests at last week's meeting. Let's keep that up! This week's presenter sounds very interesting—a great opportunity to pick a name from your list and invite the individual to the meeting. Remember, breakfast for all potential members is on the club!

Membership committee members are ready to assist you.

Vocational Speakers & Offsite Programs Needed

We're looking for Vocational Speakers (meaning Club Members) who want to tell their story. If you're interested, please email Doug Barrington here. (Thanks to Liviu who has already agreed to speak)

We also need suggestions for off-site opportunities. Tours like the recent ones at Harvesters, the St. Joseph Catholic Church and the trip to CALCan (Luis Guillen's son's botanical greenhouse) have been very interesting. What would you like to see or tour? Please contact me with your ideas! Doug.
