Every community is constantly evolving and so are strategies to enhance public safety and emergency services.  Topeka is no different.  As momentum continues to build for new economic development and a stronger community we must continue striving to keep our citizens, businesses, and neighborhoods safe. 

 

As such, the Safety Enhancement Program was created which seeks to enhance the safety of Topeka through the use of video technology while maintaining and building public trust.  Video technology that is effective, efficient, fosters community engagement, and supports 21st century emergency service strategies.
