Member Profiles & Mailings

We have heard that some members are having trouble receiving e-mails or snail mail from the club. With many people now working from home, it may be that we are sending information to your office and you would prefer to switch your contact to your home address at this time. Or, maybe you recently moved and are not receiving our communications promptly. Either way – its quick and easy to update your contact information in ClubRunner! Below are instructions on how to do this:

Go to https://portal.clubrunner.ca/4261 - our club’s website.
In upper right corner, click on Member login.
Fill in your login name & password. There are links if you have forgotten yours to help you find them or reset them.
After logging in, in the upper right corner you will see your name. Next to it is a link to enter member area.
Once into our member area, you will see a box on the left side of screen that says My ClubRunner. Click on the orange box “Edit Profile”.
This will take you to your contact information. Click the blue button that says “Edit”.
You can now update with a new address, phone number, or e-mail address and/or indicate whether you prefer the club use your home or office address, phone or e-mail to contact you.
There is a blue “update” button under your picture – you can click on this and upload a more recent picture if you like.
Be sure to click the gold “Save” button on the upper or lower right before exiting.
