Brendan Wiley - Topeka Zoo (Kay MacFarland Japanese Garden and Venue)
\

Please join us this Friday, August 11, at the Topeka Zoo in the Kay MacFarland Japenese Garden and Venue! Our host will be Brendan Wiley, who has been Director of the Topeka Zoo since 2010.

"The Topeka Zoo is home to so much more than animals. The Kay McFarland Japanese Garden is an exquisite retreat featuring traditional koi ponds, lush landscapes, and elegant architectural elements available for weddings, corporate retreats, celebrations of life, and more. Each season offers a refreshing, unique view each time you visit. You are invited to take a stroll down the winding paths and discover the beauty of the stones, waterfalls, and bridges in all its detail and find yourself in a state of Zen and relaxation."

Address: 635 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS, 66606. Click here for directions using Google Maps.

Parking and entry details: We will meet in the Event Venue in the Japanese garden.  Attendees can park in the main parking lot and enter through the Turtle Gate directly into the garden.  Regarding the caterer, they can enter through Gate K on the West side of the building that goes directly into the catering kitchen.

Membership Invoice Preferences
Snail mail no more? How to keep email marketing relevant

Based on the feedback from this year's Fireside Chats, it appears that the majority of members would prefer to receive their membership dues invoice via email instead of snail mail. Please send a message to Candy Williams to let her know which option works best for you!
