DESCRIPTION:Topeka High School Interact Club will be hosting a Trunk-or-Tre
 at alongside the Pumpkin Run at Felker Park! What is Trunk-or-Treat? Volun
 teers decorate the trunks of their vehicles and hand out candy to children
  as they walk from car to car. It’s a fun\, safe way for families to enj
 oy Halloween festivities together. Arrival & Set-Up: 4:00–4:15 PM Please
  arrive in the south part of the Felker Park parking lot and have your dec
 orated trunk ready by 4:45 PM. Trunk-or-Treat: 5:00 PM Volunteers should b
 ring their own decorations and plenty of candy to hand out. Costumes are e
 ncouraged but not required!
