Ken Selzer, Kansas Insurance Commissioner

Ken Selzer, Kansas Insurance Commissioner and past-president of the Leawood Rotary Club, spoke to our club on Sept. 9th. It was an interesting and entertaining presentation, complete with historical facts (Kansas is one of the few states that elects its insurance commissioner, as opposed to appointing one) and equal love for both the Wildcats and Jayhawks.
