One of your first duties as President for Rotary year 2022-23 is to elect your club officers who will serve during your Rotary year.
Timeline:
During the month of November - appoint and convene nominating committee to select 2022-23 officers.
First meeting in the month of December - hold Club Election of officers for 2022-23 Rotary year.
Before the last day of December - report 2022-23 officers and chairs to district by email or enter into ClubRunner to ensure all communications are delivered.
As you are nominating and electing officers and chairs your priority should be the following:
President (This is you) 2022-2023
President Elect to serve as President in Rotary Year 2023-24
President Nominee to serve as President in Rotary Year 2024-2025
Secretary for Rotary Year 2022-23
Treasurer for Rotary Year 2022-23
Foundation Chair for Rotary Year 2022-23
Membership Chair for Rotary Year 2022-23
You can email your election results to rotary6040office@gmail.comor you can enter them directly into ClubRunner.
If you have not registered with Rotary International on the website My Rotary you should do that now at https://my.rotary.org/enjust follow the prompts.
If you have already completed the elections and entered them in ClubRunner or reported them to the district then we say "Thank You"!

The Chillicothe Rotary Club hopes that the third time is the charm as we celebrate our 100th Anniversary on Saturday, December 4th, 2021. RI Trustee, Larry Lunsford will be our Master of Ceremonies, Past RI President Ray Klinginsmith will share Chillicothe History with us and RI Director Elizabeth Usovicz will be our featured Speaker talking about Rotary Past, Present and Future.
The cost is $50 per person and can be mailed to the Chillicothe Rotary Club at 850 Fairway Drive, Chillicothe, MO 64601 or paid the night of the event.
