One of your first duties as President for Rotary year 2022-23 is to elect your club officers who will serve during your Rotary year. Timeline: - During the month of November - appoint and convene nominating committee to select 2022-23 officers.
- First meeting in the month of December - hold Club Election of officers for 2022-23 Rotary year.
- Before the last day of December - report 2022-23 officers and chairs to district by email or enter into ClubRunner to ensure all communications are delivered.
As you are nominating and electing officers and chairs your priority should be the following: - President (This is you) 2022-2023
- President Elect to serve as President in Rotary Year 2023-24
- President Nominee to serve as President in Rotary Year 2024-2025
- Secretary for Rotary Year 2022-23
- Treasurer for Rotary Year 2022-23
- Foundation Chair for Rotary Year 2022-23
- Membership Chair for Rotary Year 2022-23
