President Greeting:
Good afternoon! I’d like to welcome you to the Rotary Club of Mtn. My name is Scott Johnson, your President for 2017-2018.
Our Rotary International theme for this year is “Rotary: Making a Difference.” Our District Governor Orrin Mahoney’s theme is “Developing Lifelong Friendships, While Making a Difference.” Our Mountain View Rotary Club is “Having Fun Making a Difference.”

- Thanks to Sanjay for being the “4’fer” today!
- Crab Feed Update -- Alan
- Alan announced we’re ~$200 short of reaching $18k profit on our Crab Feed thanks to a generous donation from Bob Williams. Ken Schwaderer generously donated the extra $200 to get us to >$18k profit.

- President’s Club: Thanks to all! We are presently up to 25 members for a total of $3,750.

- Ken announced that applications for our High School Scholarship program ends this weekend and requested anyone who wants to participate to contact him.

- Speaker recognition: “In lieu of a speaker gift, we are making a donation to our Rotary “Polio Plus” Program on your behalf. Polio Plus is an effort to eliminate polio from the world.
