President Scott welcomed everyone at 12.30 pm at The Adobe Building with reminders of this year’s themes.
 
Phil led us in the Pledge of Allegiance and hailed “The Gang’s all here
 
Ernie had greeted everyone and gave us words from Emerson.
 
There were no visitors or guests but our honorary member, Gunther, was welcomed.
 
A “Trivia Questionnaire” showed who watches T.V. and movies.
 
Alan had handed out tickets for the Crab Feed on Feb 3. Later he checked for crab supplies which may not be what he had expected. Watch for more information.
A sign-up sheet to help at the event was passed around. Posters are available.
Number of people expected to attend should be reported to Alan by Jan 30.
 
Bruce needs final count for the Ski Trip which is on Mar 8-12.
 
Bert was thanked for organizing the Holiday Party in December.
 
Scott had visited Dick Lubman, now settled in Paradise Valley.
 
Birthday greetings to Tom who also celebrates a 20 year Anniversary.
 
Monique presented Paul Harris certificates to Jim Cochran and Jack Wong.
 
Our contributions to Rotary Foundation continue well.
 
Another trivia test was conducted by Alan with mixed success.
 
Bert, as President Elect took the chair as Scott left for Sacramento.
 
Walt spoke about the forthcoming Enterprise Leadership Conference to be held at Multiversity in Scotts Valley in April. Our Club contributes $1000 and has sponsors attending. Orientation sessions are at Mission College in February.
 
Club Trainer, Tom, wearing the blue shirt, encouraged members to show our Rotary connections and urged us to read the current Rotary magazine for accounts of different members’ activities around the world.
 
Anita will help as before with non-profit organizations supported by the Crab feed fundraising event.
 
Jim Cunningham sent round a sign up sheet for helpers at CSMA concerts.
 
Fred reported Club finances to be in good shape and dues have been billed.
 
Next week, Past District Governor, Russ Hobbs, will speak about The Rotary Foundation. Joe Hamilton, PDG will also be coming. (4’fer is Judy)
