District Conference will be in Napa this year from March 21-24, 2013…There will be a special tribute to 25 years of Women in Rotary.  This will be a good excuse for a weekend in the beautiful wine country!    A Fantastic Cave reception only for those members who have donated $1000 to the RF or to Paul Harris Foundation… All of you have donated at least something to TRF so if you planned to give any more, NOW is a good time to do it.!!

If you want to book your hotel room early, go to tinyurl.com/2013DCHotel.  When District 5160 held their conference at this resort, rooms sold out quickly at our reduced rates.

Squaw Creek Resort Contest.  We are right now in second place, but …..  We plan to have another new member inducted next week   but you can still donate to the Rotary Foundation – before Jan. 31 for this contest -.  Squaw Creek Resort is where last year’s Dist. Conference was held.

-What’s in it for us?  …..The club ending with the highest point total will receive 10 rooms for 3 nights at the Squaw Creek Resort on Memorial Day Weekend in May 2013.   The club having the second most points will receive 7 rooms; the club coming in third will receive 5 rooms.

Reminder about RSVP’ing to our regular club meeting – if you’re not coming or if you are bringing an extra person.  We need to know to let the caterer know how many meals to fix.  Check the events on our club’s Home Page.
