Working on the main facility, classrooms, impressive views, library, the school, approved an additional three new classrooms, the community can also serve, it will become the focus point of the community. Work with the community to make it a center, community library, finalized lease within the next 30-60 days, also hoping the youth facility for community wide venues and activities. It helps pride in the community.
Handout for construction schedule available.
Going to be able to put into system a generator that will be self sustaining for the town of Cayucos.
Feel free to contact George Erdelyi : e-mail: gerdelyi@slocoe.org
Community is invited to view the hoisting of the roof, meeting at our site and George will give us a tour in August.
Emergency service plan is updated every year. Rest assured the kids in the community are safe.
Next year: roof lifted, multipurpose room, mid-year shift, portables will disappear, fix the playground, finish 1,2,3 grades, lower field: a community facility, August of 2009. Minimum of a ten year stay: Library, annual lease thereafter.
Comments: future is bright, basic aid district the community tax base is important to the school. We are able to maintain our programs due to our tax base. Innovative ways to develop a partnership between the school and Rotary. Develop something like Bellevue-Santa Fe, that would be Ag-Science, student run, and Rotary can get involved.
Thrilled about next year!
