President-Elect Monika Gottlieb ran the meeting and kept us on toes. Steve’s inspiration is Gina Spencer whose life journey from Mexico to the U.S. is an inspiration to us all.
Cayucos prominent residents, Greg and Mary Bettencourt, who’s leading the Cayucos Vets Hall Restoration Committee, shared how the community got involved and had been garnering community support to get the San Luis Obispo Board of Supervisors to approve and fund the rebuilding of the Cayucos Vets Hall.
