85th Anniversary Presidents Dinner Cruise
It's a countdown to our Santa Clara Rotary Club Presidents dinner cruise on Saturday, March 26, 2022.
 
Get ready, Get set, GO!
 
Itinerary for March 26th 
 
Riding the bus from Santa Clara to Alameda:
  • Free parking in the lot across the street from where we meet: the American Legion Hall, located at 958 Homestead Rd. Santa Clara, 95050 (See attached  parking map)
     
  • We will board the bus and leave promptly at 5:30pm to arrive in Alameda to board the yacht at 6:45 pm 

    Meeting at the boat:
  • For those driving there is a large free parking lot. Please arrive in enough time to park and board the boat by 6:45pm. The address is 2394 Mariner Square Dr. Alameda, CA 94501.

    All Aboard and we will set sail at 7:00pm
  • 7:45 pm Buffet opens 8:45pm Dessert displayed
  • 9:30 pm Bar closed for alcoholic beverages
  • We will return to the dock at 9:45 pm and must be off the boat by 10:00 pm. 
  • Our Royal Coach bus will leave Alameda by 10:15 pm to take us back to Santa Clara
Attire
  • Business casual, comfortable shoes and a jacket or wrap might be needed for the ocean breeze.
  • No backpacks, duffle bags, or large purses will be allowed on the boat -  small purses are fine.
     
Food & Beverages
  • Two displays of appetizers will be available and the cash bar will be open on the 2nd deck as we board the yacht and set sail
  • We will have a champagne toast
  • A buffet dinner will be served with a duet entree of chicken and beef. If you have any dietary request, not previously advised,  please let me know right away.
  •  Dessert will be displayed on the buffet
  • Coffee, tea and soft drinks are included
  • The cash bar price list is attached
  • No outside food or beverages may be brought on the Yacht, however you are welcome to B.Y.O.B. for the bus ride. Leftovers, if any, must be left on the bus. 
Miscellaneous 
  • Bring cash for alcoholic beverages, tips and raffle tickets. There will be a 50/50 cash drawing where you can win half the pot. Similar to our weekly jokers wild... but we will definitely have a winner before we leave the boat!
  • We will have a photo booth onboard for digital photos, but you may want to have your camera available to catch the sunset and views on the Bay!
