FAQ'S
What do I wear?
All volunteers are asked to wear closed-toe shoes, jeans or dark colored slacks, plain shirts or shirts representing your volunteer organization. High school uniforms are permitted. If you are an H-E-B or Central Market Partner, please wear your store uniform.
Where do I check in?
At the volunteer/entertainment entrance. Please refer to map for exact location.
What is the location?
DALLAS
In the Centennial Building at Fair Park. Fair Park is at 1300 Robert B. Cullum Blvd., Dallas, TX 75210. The Centennial Building’s address is 1001 Washington St., Dallas, TX 75210.
FORT WORTH
In the Amon Carter Exhibit Hall at Will Rogers Memorial Center. 3401 West Lancaster Ave., Fort Worth, TX 76107.
Can I volunteer at both the Fort Worth and Dallas events?
Yes. However, if a Central Market Partner wants to volunteer at only one event, please do so at the one closest to your home store.
Is there an age restriction for volunteers?
There is no age restriction. We ask that parents please keep their children with them at all times.
Do volunteers get a meal?
Yes, all volunteers get a meal at the end of their shift. Organizations will schedule when their members will eat. Individual volunteers can eat when they choose.
Do I have to volunteer for the entire day?
No, there are three different shifts available. But you are welcome to work during the entire event if you wish.
Where do I park? Is parking free?
