Dr. Paul Chafetz is a clinical psychologist here in Dallas.
- He has been in private practice of clinical psychology here since 1982.
- In addition, for 19 years until 2004, Dr. Chafetz was an associate professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he taught geriatric psychology.

- His bachelors degree in psychology at Brown University (Providence, RI)
- His PhD in Clinical and Health Psychology at the University of Florida (Gainesville)
- His Clinical Psychology internship at Duke University Medical Center (Durham, NC), and
- His two-year post-doctoral fellowship in clinical gero-psychology at the Texas Research Institute for Mental Sciences (T.R.I.M.S.) in the Houston Medical Center.
