This year's International Cuisine night is Saturday October 13 at the Owls Head Community Building at 5 pm.
 

Appetizers:

·         Ensalada Tropical (tropical salad)

·         Croquetas de Jamon (ham croquets)

·         Banderillas de Chorizo (chorizo canapes)

·         Olives, crackers and assorted cheeses

Main Course:

·         Spanish Seafood Stew

·         Patatas Bravas (fried potatoes w/dipping sauce) 

·         Pollo a la Expremena (chicken)

·         Tortilla Torcal (chorizo, potato & vegetable omelet)

·         Berenjena con Vinagreta (eggplant w/tomato vinagrette)

 Dessert:

·         Flan

·         Santiago Cake

 

We will have Sangria, Soft Drinks and Water available - anything else is BYOB.
