Presidents Address

Dear Fellow Rotarians, We created a 5 year plan a few years ago to help create continuity from year to year so that we aren't stopping and starting everything when a new president takes the helm. I am simply the Captain of the Rotary ship on a long multi-year cruise around the world on the Promenade level.

Next year, Judy Kelly will take the helm and keep us on course for great things. This year is about continuing important works that Rockland Rotary has been involved in within this community and globally. It is also about starting a couple of new projects to expand our effect on those less fortunate and to give an opportunity for younger people to share the Rotary way of life. Our club is among the best and most well respected clubs in the world. I ask all of you to do your part and help me keep the ship moving forward toward our goal of Exceptional Service Above Self. I look forward to a wonderful and productive year of camaraderie, adventure and service. Michael McNeil President 2009-2010
