Membership in Rotary Club
1.       Candidates should be among the top leadership in their business, profession or occupation.
2.       Candidates should hold an important position with discretionary and managerial authority.
3.       Rotarians should seek candidates who have been active in community service.

Organizational Requirements
1.       A classification must be open.
2.       Candidate’s place of business or residence should be within or adjacent to Allen County, Indiana
3.       Candidate should attend and stay for the entire regular club meetings.
4.       Candidate must be able to attend 60% of Meetings-makeups included.

Application Procedures
1.       The prospective member attends several meetings as a guest of a Rotarian.
2.       The application for membership is completed.
3.       One member who knows the applicant signs the application for membership as their sponsor.
4.       The completed and signed application is returned to the Club Secretary for review by the membership committee and the Board of Directors.
a.       If Necessary Membership Committee “vets” the applicant.
5.       The Board of Directors votes on the application and if no further action is required, it is presented to the entire membership, through the club bulletin, for final approval.
6.       The prospective member attends New Member Orientation.
7.       Once Dues have been paid, the new member is introduced at a regular club meeting.
