DESCRIPTION:Saturday February 27th is the 5th annual Crab Feed at the Finle
 y Center on College Ave.  Our Rotary club partners with the city of Santa
  Rosa and our wonderful Interact Club to benefit Seniors in our community.
   Rotarian are needed to prep\, cook\, and clean in the kitchen.   Inte
 ract students serve and help clean up.   the information below outlines t

 asta sauce  Dice garlic for garlic butter  Cook pasta to al dente  Cook pa
 sta sauce  Rinse kidney beans for salad  Half grape tomatoes for salad  Sl
 ice black olives for salad  Slice red onions (very thin) for salad   3pm-6
 pm             (Need 4-5 Rotarians in kitchen- strong People 
 to lift pots) Reheat pasta sauce  Reheat pasta  Prepare salad  Slice and p
 rep garlic bread  Heat garlic bread  Assemble crab (bodies & legs) in serv

 o each row\, for serving and monitoring table needs.  Bread and salad deli
 vered  Pasta follows  Crab then delivered  Students roam their rows for re
 fill needs  Dessert delivered after tables cleared   6pm-9:30pm     
   (Need 4-5 Rotarians in kitchen) Refill serving dishes with salad\, brea
 d\, pasta and crab as needed  Wash up cooking pots etc.  Clear tables of t
 able coverings and debris   NOTE:  Attendees arrive starting at 5pm\, Din
 ner is served at 6pm   Interact Information: 5pm-9:30pm  Interact Club M
 embers  15-20   Please arrive on time and meet Stacy in the Lobby of the
  Finley Center located at 2060 West College Ave. Santa Rosa.   Wear dark
  colored pants and comfortable shoes (you will be getting some exercise s
 erving).  When you arrive\, we will meet to be trained.  You will receiv
 e a T-shirt to wear (and keep) and pizza will be served to give you some e
 nergy before the Crab Feed.    This event is a fundraiser for senior ci
 tizens.   A portion of the money raised will be shared with our Interact
  Club for their contribution to the event.  Last year our Interact Server
 s received some “tips”.  Maybe someone could decorate a large tip con
 tainer and make a nice note next to it.  Your Servers are Elsie Allen Int
