DESCRIPTION: Japanese Reception Dinner for our &quot\;Friends of Kagoshima&
 quot\;. August 10th. Right now we are at 69 individuals\, including our gu
 ests from Japan.\n\nThe dinner reception Friday evening will be held at th
 e Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club starting at 6:00pm. The schedule for th
 e evening will be:\n\n\n	6:00 to 7:00 for social hour. We will be serving 
 sparkling wine\, sparkling water and appetizers\n	7:00 to 8:30 for buffet 
 diner served with local wines.\n	8:30 to 9:30 for dessert\, fellowship and
  presentation of grant application video\; and original video sent by Prof
 essor Mori and his students at International University of Kagoshima in De
 cember 2017. We will also be offering some gifts to our Japanese visitors.
  A Japanese Tradition.\n\n\nI will be working on some donations for the sp
 arkling wine for the social hour and Red\, White and Rose wine for the din
 ner. The chef at the country club will prepare some of the dinner items wi
 th a Japanese twist\n\nThe room I reserved comfortably seats 70\, if we ex
 ceed that number I have inquired about moving to the larger dining room. W
 aiting to see if there would be an up charge for that move.\n\nCut off dat
 e for turning in a head count is Friday August 3rd.\n\nI would like to beg
 in collecting checks for the dinner\, $100.00 per person\, you can make th
