 how do you keep them coming back? After years spent working on Adopt a Vil
 lage projects in Uganda\, it became clear to Sebastopol Rotarian and Anthi
 ll Foundation founder Frank Mayhew that a significant hurdle to economic d
 evelopment is the large number of children who abandon school before they 
 receive an adequate education. By the end of seventh grade 51% of boys and
  76% of girls drop out\, contributing to the cycle of poverty. The answer 
 - the Keeping Girls in School project. Frank will talk about using Rotary 
 Global Grants to fund an integrated approach that reduces the dropout rate
  and improves education by addressing sanitation\, clean water\, the educa
 tional environment\, and problems girls experience when they reach puberty
