Heart felt thanks go out to Len Brass and Ron DeVers for spearheading a great fundraiser and for introducing the Club to the amazing theatre group, Phamaly. Phamaly's mission is to inspire people to re-envision disability through professional theatre. Their vision is that every individual with a disability has the opportunity to participate in all aspects of high quality performing arts...and that vision was alive and shinning in last nights performance of Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. Central to the story are the themes of hope and forgiveness. The "dreams" of Joseph become the "hope" for a brighter future for him and ultimately for his people. Andrew Lloyd Weber's music score and playful shitf of style and period reinforce the significant role imagination and creativity play in the enrichment of all our lives. The Aurora Gateway Rotary Club and fellow Rotarians in attendance were proud to support the Phamaly organization and all the amazing performers who showed us how to light up the night.
