LGMR has four volunteers at West Valley Community Services on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00 to 12:00. Usually, we prepare the pantry for low-income people who come to shop for food. WVCS pantry is unique because instead of handing the clients a bag of random food, the client can shop for anything from fresh fruit and vegetables to canned goods, to baby products. This time we prepared feminine hygiene packages for women living in cars or tents. As you can see, we had a great time providing volunteer service to this great organization.
