VTA Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission

Peter is a Trustee of the Los Gatos - Saratoga Union High School District, and a commissioner on following: 
the Los Gatos Transportation and Parking Commission, the VTA Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission, the County Roads Commission and the County Elections Commission, as well as a an ex-officio Director on the Board of KCAT. 

As Chair of the BPAC, Hertan is working to enhance bicycle and pedestrian safety and encourage the use of bicycles and walking.  His goals also include completing non-motorized connectivity in the Valley and eliminating infrastructure barriers to bicycle and pedestrian travel.
