Rotary FDU Scholarship Award

Congratulations to Dr. Maria Concepcion! This is our club's second scholarship award to an FDU student. We are very pleased to award this one to Maria, one of the Rotaract Yaletown members. Maria was an ophthalmologist in the Philippines, where she was also very active in community service projects. Maria is a third year student in FDU's Global Health and Human Services program. Since arriving just over a year ago, Maria has been an outstanding student, and a dedicated community member, including working with stroke victims in a recovery therapy program. Congratulations to Maria - keep up the outstanding work!!
