     "On Tricky Tray Friday, we need some hands at 4 PM to begin the set-up and then all available Rockaway Rotarians to be at the White Meadow Lake Country Club at 5 PM to get everything ready for the doors to open at 7 PM.  We need your help so please reply to jstuartjr@optimum.net and let me know at what time we can count on you to help."

Each year, the Rotary Club of the Rockaways offers four scholarships to qualified high school seniors from Rockaway Borough or Rockaway Township.  Click "Read more..." below for the requirements and qualifications for each scholarship and download the scholarship application forms.

ROCKAWAY ROTARY TO CONDUCT SPRING CLEAN-UP

Once again this spring, we will be helping beautify Rockaway Borough by doing a trash pickup on Thursday, May 18, 2017.  Not only does it make our town look better but we receive a donation from the New Jersey Clean Communities Program that will help us in our charitable endeavors.

We will meet at Borough Hall at 6:00 PM to pick up trash bags and grabbers and then head out to our assigned area.  Sign-up at a club meeting or contact PE Sheila at sheilseif@optonline.net.

They are easy to do and very effective in maintaining your attendance requirements for our club.  Just click on a link under E-Makeups at the top of our webpage and follow the instructions.  Remember to submit a report to Cheri, our Club Secretary.  It is easy to do and it doesn't matter which e-club you visit!
