On Monday, January 14, 2013, the Rockaway Rotary Club honored Michael Luo from Copeland Middle School in Rockaway Township as part of our “Student of the Month” program. Copeland MS teacher, Ms. Ardith Collins, introduced Michael and outlined his outstanding qualifications for this award.
