Rotary Charter Night / Holiday Party

Happy December! 

We just marked the 101st anniversary of our distinguished club! Congratulations to us!

In honor of our charter date (December 1) and the season, we will have a Charter Night / Holiday Party at Flagstaff Ranch Clubhouse on December 14, 5:30 - 8:30. We hope to see as many people as possible! This will serve as our club's monthly social. The details are below.

Eric Walden will be our esteemed MC for the night. Mike Casey’s Barbershop Quartet will sing a set, and there will be a DJ for the time in between with an open dance floor! 

We will also be doing a White Elephant gift exchange. Please bring a $20-25 wrapped gift to share.

The cost will be $40 per person for a buffet, with kids under 18 being free. So bring the family! (Pay at door.)

TIMING:   5:30 - 6:10 - Cocktails (cash bar) and appetizers with a DJ playing

6:10 - 6:30 - Barbershop Quartet (with cocktails and appetizers)

6:30 - Buffet Dinner served

6:50 -  Announcements and Gift Exchange

7:15/7:30 - music and dancing

8:30 - Wrap up
