It's the Law that governs your ability to lead.

Stuart gave us a lot of insight into effective leadership. There are 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader, and we will only know where we need to improve if we first honestly rate ourselves, have others rate us, and then accept our shortcomings and seek to improve.
