North Texas Giving Day is Sept. 22! Each year, this day is set aside to give to North Texas charitable organizations. Last year our club raised $1500. This year, the goal is to raise $3000! WE CAN DO IT! Please use the link to post on your Facebook pages, send out in emails. Make sure they know to put Rotary Club Fort Worth South in the search box – there are six FW clubs, and we want to make sure we get their donation!

What is the LID you say?
It's the Law that governs your ability to lead.

In 1905, four Chicago businessmen forged a service organization that has changed the world.
But first, they agreed to put aside any contentiousness between themselves to focus on their goals of community service.

We'll continue our focus on leadership and membership with a program from our Membership Chair, Stuart Hill. Stuart is a CPA and hosts Live to Lead each year. We've learned a lot from him each week, and on the 9th he will speak on the LID.

Our speaker on August 2 was our own Dr. Scott Sullivan. We know him best for bringing us our Christmas program each year; this was something completely different.
