Mentor Tutor Connection

       With 25 years of experience in non-profit and foundation management, Carol Olson guides Mentor Tutor Connection’s overall strategic direction and supports the leadership team to advance the organization’s mission through programs, partnerships, and community engagement. Carol is passionate about community collaborations and has developed partnerships with non-profit organizations, foundations, and other stakeholders to engage young people in school and the outdoors.

       Previously, Carol served as director of environment and stewardship programs for the Morgan Family Foundation and as the CEO of the Mountain View Chamber of Commerce.
