Attendance Rules

The Club Constitution, Article 8 Sections 1,2,3,4 & 5 outlines the attendance rules of Rotary International.
After login and in the "My ClubRunner" section, open the link: "View Club Documents". Click VIEW on the line of the 'Club Constitution'.

Please be reminded, that any Rotary sanctioned activity, such as Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, Volunteer activities, etc. on the Club or District level, is eligible as a "make-up".

A report of your attendance todate showing make-ups, current percentage, etc. is available to ALL club members after login. On the ADMIN page click on 'My Attendance' under 'My ClubRunner'.

Be sure to advise the 'front door' of When and Where you "made-up" for only missed meetings at your next meeting.
