 odeo – Green Team – This is an Annual Music festival in Hawrelak Park 
 in its 8th year.  Excellent lineup of music that volunteers will be able

 ft & (18+ years old) Shifts: July 26\, Friday: 4:15-10:45 PM       
           July 27\, Saturday: 12:15-5:30 PM\; and 5:15-10:45 PM 
                 July 28\, Sunday: 12:15-5:30 PM\; and 5:15-
 10:45 PM Volunteer Duties:  Making sure people put there recycling and ga
 rbage in the right containers\, getting the bags changed out when full. Vo
 lunteers get to hear the great music while at the festival!  (There will 
 be a pre-training session one evening 1 week ahead. TBA). Parking:  They 
 will be offering a FREE SHUTTLE from the University area. There are 900 pa
 rking spots within the park\, so not everyone will be able to drive.  We 
 suggest you carpool or take advantage of our free bike lock up or our free
  shuttle.   Shuttle services are FREE and will run from the University 
 area to William Hawrelak Park. This year\, we are working with Golden Arro
 w buses (not ETS). The shuttle hours are:   Friday\, July 26 from 2 pm to
  11 pm Saturday\, July 27 from 9:30 am to 11 pm Sunday\, July 28 from 9:30
  am to 11 pm   For detailed information on Shuttles\, the location of Par
 k and Ride lots and schedule click here.   Food:  Snacks\, Coffee\, and
  Water provided on site.  Each volunteer receives 1 food voucher per shif
 t to be used at any of the food trucks on site. Volunteers Report To:   
 Volunteer Service Tent - Check In Volunteer Perks:  Each volunteer will r
 eceive a Merchandise Voucher (max. $25. Value) – can be used to purchase
  Interstellar Rodeo merchandise (voucher can be used to reduced cost of me
 rchandise above $25.)  Volunteers can stay for the remainder of the day t
 hey volunteer on.    Pass to Entire Festival (requires min.\, 2 volunte
 er shifts) a wristband grants access to the entire 3 day festival.   Vol
 unteer Party (Monday/Tuesday following the event – date TBD) free pass t
 o the party\, which includes food\, a drink ticket and has a band performi
