Ken Bellicot
2025 Rotary Club of St Cloud President
Ken has been an owner/agent with State Farm for 10 years. Prior to State Farm he worked as a Department of Defense contractor helping wounded, ill, and injured soldiers and veterans connect with much needed resources. His education includes an MBA in Finance, Series 6/63/65 securities licensing, and various insurance licenses.
Ken is a decorated Army veteran who, during his 10 years of service was awarded a Bronze Star with Valor, Purple Heart, Army Commendation, among other service awards. He enjoys spending time with his family, working alongside Rotarians, and is essentially addicted to pickleball. Ken has held various organizational volunteer board positions and is most notably the current Chair of the Greater St. Cloud Public Safety Foundation.
His love for Rotary runs deep and the passion for enacting positive change in his community continues to be a driving force for saying "yes" when people ask.

Mark Osendorf manages strategic relationships in 80 central Minnesota communities served by Xcel Energy playing critical roles in the areas of operations, energy policy, emergency response, social investments, economic development, and business retention and expansion.

Since joining Xcel Energy in 1987, Mark has held various roles focused on relationship cultivation, development and management with local governments and strategic accounts. He has more than 30 years of professional experience across both natural gas and electric operations and account management.

Leigh Ann Davis
2023 Rotary Club of St Cloud President
My name is Leigh Ann Davis, and I’m honored to be talking over as President of the Rotary Club for the upcoming year. I’ve been a member of Rotary since 2009, and I’m beyond proud of the service our club provides to our community, as well as the worldwide efforts Rotary International takes on each year. While I know many members personally, I’m looking forward to meeting more of you throughout the year.
Outside of Rotary, I’m the CEO of Girl Scouts of MN & WI Lakes & Pines. I’ve worked for this organization for the past 28 years. At my core, helping girls develop courage, confidence, and character to make the world a better place is what I’ve done for the past 42 years. In many avenues, women are not invited to the leadership table. I’m proud to be a part of both Girl Scouts and Rotary, who see the value in women as leaders.
Personally, I’ve been married to my husband Gregg for the past 27 years. We have two grown children, Kelly & Lauren, who are both married and living life to the fullest. I have two grandchildren, Brayden who just turned five and Isabelle who is 15 months old. Being a grandma has quickly become one of my favorite titles. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, I take part in another love of mine, theater. I enjoy directing the musical for Rocori High School, as well as working with Great Northern Theatre Company in Cold Spring. You’ll occasionally hear me extending an invitation to see a Broadway show in Minneapolis as well.
I’m looking forward to serving as your President and hope we can engage in Rotary activities together in the upcoming year.
Jackie Johnson
2022 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
Jackie Johnson graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services. Post college she has had a profitable career working as Executive Director at New Beginnings, then moved to Program Director Catholic Charities of St. Cloud. She now works as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota and has been for 8 years.
She grew up as the youngest of 12 children on a farm near Buckman, MN. She has always enjoyed having a good laugh and is a hoot to be around. She is a semi-adventurous individual who is not scared to try new foods and enjoys traveling. In her free time, she enjoys a good read and is always ready for a nice stroll in the neighborhood. Jackie and her husband, Kevin, live in Sauk Rapids where they raised their son, Karl, who is also a SCSU grad working for the MN Council of Nonprofits.
John Bodette
2021 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
John Bodette is a graduate of St. John's University, majoring in government. He worked for 45 years at St. Cloud Times and sctimes.com. He was managing editor for 20 years and executive editor for 11 years. He retired in December 2016.
John serves on the club's Executive Committee and the Program Committee. He is the board secretary and one of the founders of Pathways 4 Youth. He enjoys volunteering at Summertime by George. He also serves as the board chair for the Stearns History Museum. He is on the board of directors of Tanner's Team Foundation and the Minnesota Newspaper Foundation.
Andy Auger
2020 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
Andy graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He the went to work at Winkelman Building Company LLC as Executive Vice President/CFO 3 years out of college. He was there for almost 19 years and decided to move to Bradbury Stand Construction as the Vice President of Development. In addition, he also coached football at Cathedral High School in St. Cloud, MN for almost 10 years.
Andy is involved in many associations which keep him very busy. They include: Construction Financial Managers Association, St. Cloud Knights of Columbus, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, St. Cloud Sports Incorporated, and Rotary Club of St. Cloud. Andy and his wife, Libby, enjoy cheering their children on at sporting events and meeting with friends when their busy schedules allow it.
Cindy Hawker
2019 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
Cindy Hawker currently works as an Executive Director for the United Arts of Central Minnesota and has been for over 17 years. She once explained, “Our mission is to help the community invest in the growth of art for economic, social and cultural development." She has helped coordinate local art crawls, sculpture walks, and artist gallery shows. With this she is also a Development Officer for the Paramount Center for the Arts where she excels at fundraising and promotion of events.
Troy Fritz
2018 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
Troy Fritz graduated from St. John's University where he attained his Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences. He previously worked as Executive Director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Minnesota and now is the Executive Director of Major Gifts at St. John's University.
He has been a part of St. Cloud Rotary for many years and plays his part being on the Summertime by George entertainment committee and as Co-Chair for Eastman Park renovations. He is also a member of the St. Cloud Park and Recreation Advisory Board. In his free time he enjoys fishing and hiking outdoors. Troy lives in Cold Spring with his wife, Sheila, where he has raised two sons, two daughters, and the family dog, Bo.
Jerry McCarter
2017 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
Jerry attended St. John's University receiving his Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, and Accounting. He began his career as a Special Agent at Northwestern Mutual. He then went to join McMahon Hartmann Amundson in St. Cloud, MN, now known as LarsonAllen, to do public accounting. He became an accountant after acquiring his CPA 2 years after starting there, and after 7 years working he was promoted to partner. Jerry is now happily retired and does free lance fee based consulting for donors and charities on the charitable gifting of real estate.
Jerry is very active in the community. He has been a part of the Minnesota Real Estate Foundation, Create Community, St. Cloud Rotary Foundation Incorporated, and Rotary Club of St. Cloud.
Jill Magelssen
2016 Rotary Club of St. Cloud President
Jill attended Illinois State University where she got her Bachelor's of Science, Psychology. She is licensed in Human Resource Management and currently owns Express Employment Professionals in St. Cloud, MN. She is very passionate about understanding the staffing and HR needs of local businesses and strives to help them prosper, while helping good people find good jobs.
Jill has been very involved in Rotary. She has chaired on the Membership Committee, Special Events Committee, and Summertime by George Executive Committee. She says, "It is always an honor to work along side such talented professionals doing good work in our community," In her free time she enjoys traveling, especially to her cabin in Northern Minnesota where she spends time with family, friends, and her two golden retrievers.
