Rotary Notes

  • Get Ready for New Check-In-Procedures
    • Those of you who were at our June 9th meeting have already experienced our new check-in procedure, so hopefully you feel like it was easy to use.  For everyone else, here is an update…..
    • Starting next week, checking in for Rotary will be easy. Simply grab your button, turn it over and use the scanner provided to scan your bar code on the back. If you forget your button, there will be a book with everyone’s bar codes available. Leigh Ann Davis will be available again this next week to help anyone who is having trouble. We will use both check in forms for one more week to ensure the new system is working. Thank you to everyone for your patience as we transition to the new system. It will certainly help make our attendance work easier.
  • Guest Fee
    • You can now choose to pay that day for your Rotary guest or have it billed to your account.

  • Did you get a copy of the book, The Best Place in Town to Spend Tuesday Noon?  90th anniversary edition --  If you didn't get a copy or would like to have a 2nd or a 3rd copy (one for home, one for the office), just let Mike Mullin know and he'll get you one.  No cash needed up front; it can be added to your monthly statement.
