Gina Manlove | Monument Illumination Project

Gina Manlove, shares about Texas Memorial Illumination By the Numbers which exists to provide a visually inspiring commemoration of those Texans who have given their lives in armed conflict. The event will be held Saturday, November 13, at San Jacinto Battleground State Historic Site.  One-hundred volunteers are needed to place 21,500 candles.
