We were privileged to have Rosenberg Police Department at today’s Rosenberg Rotary meeting, where they shared some invaluable resources with our community. Mark your calendars for these upcoming, free programs: • Citizen Police Academy: Starting March 2025, gain a deeper understanding of our local law enforcement. • Teen Citizen Police Academy: Launching in June 2025, a great opportunity for our youth to learn about policing. • Women’s Self-Defense Class: Coming in October 2024, a 3 day event empowering women with essential self-defense skills. • C.R.A.S.E. Program: A three-hour course focused on the “Avoid, Deny, Defend” strategy, developed by ALERRT, designed to equip participants with life-saving tactics for an active shooter event.
