The Trustees of the Club's Charitable Trust are Emily Cole, Kenneth Cole and Jack Hardin for the 2014-2015 administrative year.  The Trustees will work with a Treasurer in the administration of the Trust.  Distributions are normally made in late Spring or early Summer.

The River Oaks Rotary Charitable Trust was created on the 2nd of June 1975 to further the charitable purposes of the River Oaks Rotary Club and to provide a fund from which to accomplish the furtherance of charitable organizations and purposes deemed worthy of attention by the Club.  The Trust has given well over $100,000 in its 37 year history in support of these ideals.  Organizations that have received grants are: Project Cure, Neartown Little League, Wesley Community Center, Hermann Park Conservancy, Almighty Ministries, St Celia Chamber Music Society, Women's Resource Center, Coats For Kids Foundation, Valley Water Project, Junior Achievement, Houston Symphony, Buffalo Soldiers National Museum and the list goes on describing the charitable spirit of the River Oaks Rotary Club.

More recent donations include the Davis H.S. Debate Club, the Arc of Katy and The Beacon.
