Charles (Charlie) Spicer, 1971 President of the Rotary Club of Pasadena, passed away on November 7, 2010. The full obituary for Mr. Spicer can be found in the Houston Chronicle.
Visitation for Mr. Spicer will be Thursday, November 11, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Grandview Funeral Home located at 8501 Spencer Hwy in Pasadena. Services are scheduled for Friday, November 12, at 10 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church of Pasadena located at 1062 Fairmont Pkwy in Pasadena.
