Josh Pearson, our new prospective member will be starting off with his Red Badge Speech talking about how he came to be with the company building and everything they offer and then segue into his biomedical science company, The Texas Yeast Lab, which  is April brewing yeast production, banking, and lab service company. It probably works with craft brewers all across the great state of Texas! They have recently had a huge expansion in lab testing services, and have been rolling out analytical services including yeast available nitrogen, lactic acid, acetic acid, Expansions to genetic based testing for spoilage organisms, and much more.
