Mark Harrington, Immigration Attorney
Attorney Harrington is authorized to practice Immigration Law throughout the entire United States and has successfully represented hundreds of employers, scientific researchers, and individuals before the USCIS. Mr. Harrington has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Associationn (AILA) since 2001. From June 2009 through June 2011 Mr. Harrington served as the Chairman of State Bar of Texas Committeee on Laws Relating to Immigration & Nationality
Prior to practicing immigration law, Mark worked on Capitol Hill. For three years, he served as a counsel to the House Committee on Science, Research Subcommittee. Among other topics, he handled issues relating to foreign-born researchers, including the need for additional H1B Visas.
Mr. Harrington obtained his LL.M. degree from Georgetown, DC and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Suffolk University Law Schooll in Boston, Massachusetts. He received his bachelors from Boston College.
