Rotary District Governor Eric Liu and First Lady Sandra Liu Visit Kingwood Rotary

Our 2016-2017 Rotary District 5890’s District Governor Eric Liu joined us with his wife, Sandra Liu, which is a member of the Rotary District 5890 Rotary Community Corps, for their official visit to Kingwood Rotary Club. We also welcomed our Assistant District Governor, Dale Mellencamp, to the meeting. DG Eric talked to us about what Rotary means to him, and also about the remarkable ways Rotary changes and saves lives.

DG Eric installed our two new Kingwood Rotarians, Kakie Palmer which is principal at Bear Branch Elementary School, and August McGrath, which is an agent with Liberty Mutual. Kingwood Rotarians Bob and Linda MacFarlane were presented with their next level of Paul Harris Fellow lapel pin, and one of our members, Brian Dusablon, received his Paul Harris Fellow Certificate and lapel pin.
