Baked Potato Fundraiser December 7th, Wednesday, as a fundraising event for a spinal bifida clinic in Torreon, Mexico, in association with A.P.I.N. and the Torreon Empresarial Rotary Club. The goal was to sell 500 potatoes and at last count over 400 had been sold (and eaten!)
