Gary Williamson and Justin Soza discuss and demonstrate the Taser

Huge thank you to Gary Williamson and Justin Soza with the El Campo Police Department for the discussion and live demo of a Taser Electronic Control device. Sgt Soza explained the details of how the taser works and Asst. Chief Williamson took one for the team! Gary was tasered, while being held by Chief Terry Stanphill and Community Services Officer Mark Biskup in what he described as "a long five seconds."
