--Massive amounts of PPE available--
I GOT A VERY LONG EMAIL FROM ROTARIAN BRIAN HALL-GRAND BEND CLUB WHICH I HAVE CUT DOWN FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE eCOG- CONTACT KEITH FOR A COPY OF THE FULL EMAIL IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HELP-- At the end of Feb I got a request from our local School Board (Stratford to Goderich) to help distribute about 25 skids of surplus PPE supplies that they have stored in Seaforth. With help from Goderich and Stratford Rotarians we have been calling every non- profit in the area and offering to deliver case lots of the surplus. We have done pretty well but are running out of non-profits.  Today I learned that there is probably another 50 skids of various items spread around the schools themselves. Some of it expires in March 2022 and the Board has decided that anything outdated will be sent to landfill!

--Note from World Community Services committee--
In a recent Clubrunner email to all members a solicitation for member financial support for the Paul Harris School furniture replacement project was made. If you are unsure what to give, consider purchasing a student furniture unit, for $130.00Cdn a double student table and two chairs can be purchased. The Rotary Club of London Foundation will provided charitable donation receipts to individuals.

Many of you have asked how you can assist Ukraine.  Here are a few options:
--Note from Randy Harden--
Rotary District 6330 is renewing our commitment to the Rotary International Youth Exchange Program now that COVID restrictions are being eliminated. Rotary Club of London has always supported the YE program by sending candidates and hosting students. We are in need of host families for our inbound student from Switzerland Nanda Jurt. We generally require 3 families (Sept -Dec, Jan -April, April- mid July) I am happy to report that Club member Harry Joosten and his wife Kathleen Murphy will host Nanda Jan-April. We are actively looking for a host family to host Nanda in Sept-Dec. Hosting an exchange student is an incredibly rewarding opportunity for all family members. Please contact Randy Harden (YEO) randy.harden@gmail.com if you or if you know someone who would like to host our inbound student. I am happy to answer any questions you may have about this important Rotary program.
--Note from Don Bork--
District 6330 is looking for Rotarians who wish to serve Rotary in some roles at the District level as follows:  District Youth Protection Officer Lead the District’s efforts to protect youth and vulnerable persons participating in Rotary programs. District Training Team Leader Someone who has the expertise of training and instruction that can work alongside the team. “Redefining Club Service” Committee  Do you have great ideas for service in our increasingly virtual world?  (Temporary committee).  More information at rotary6330.org
