The Rotary Club of London Board of Directors appointed a Strategic Planning Task Force in January to conduct research and then report back to the Board with recommendations for a club Strategic Plan.  Since then, the Task Force has met weekly.  They have so far conducted a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis as well as asked various groups of club members a variety of questions. 

To help complete the research phase, the Task Force has one more set of questions that will be presented to breakout groups at the Club zoom meeting this coming Monday, 22 March.  In effect, you, along with your fellow club members, will be our collective Guest Speaker!   Thanks in advance for your attendance and participation!
