Susan Oster, Alzheimer Society of Middlesex

Susan Oster is the Coordinator, Dementia Friendly Communities for the Alzheimer Society London and Middlesex – leading an important new project for the Society starting in 2020. Before this, she was the Public Education Coordinator for 10 years. Previously, she worked in various consulting/contract capacities for the Oneida Health Centre and the Middlesex-London Health Unit. Prior to moving to London, Susan taught academic and business English to international students (from children to adults) in Toronto. Before this, Susan spent 7 years working in Japan – primarily in training and development and marketing for 5-star resorts. Susan received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, T.E.S.L. Ontario Certification, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from George Brown College. In her free time, Susan runs with a group from the Running Room and is a member of Rowbust Dragon Racing Boat and is a past board member for the team.
